In this workshop you will learn:

Workshop 2: Create, and Stick to, Your Goals

One of life’s biggest challenges is creating meaningful life goals that you stick to. It’s easy to come up with a list of goals, but not always so easy to follow through. Why is that?
After attending this workshop you will have the knowledge you need to define goals that are not only feasible, but that hold meaning for you.
